Step 3: Missing rows/submissions

If you believe rows/individual submissions are missing, where are the submissions going missing?

(A) The number of submissions collected on devices and uploaded to the server matches the number of records next to the form title on the server’s Export tab. That is, all submissions are on the server. But the number of rows in the exported CSV is less than the number of records on the server, so not all submissions on the server appear to be in the exported CSV. Please click here to go to the next step to resolve this problem.

(B) The number of records in the exported CSV matches the number of records indicated next to the form title on the server. But the number of records indicated on the server is less than the number of submissions uploaded from surveyor’s devices. So not all submissions that were uploaded have appeared on the server. Please click here to go to the next step to resolve this problem.

(C) The number of submissions in the CSV matches the number of records indicated on the server. And the number of records indicated on the server matches the number of submissions uploaded from devices. However, there are some submissions that were completed on devices that are not even listed under “Send Finalized Forms” and so seem to have disappeared from the devices themselves before they could be uploaded. Please click here to go to the next step to resolve this problem.
